Priority Support

Floating Licenses
Floating (also known as network or concurrent) licenses are ideal for sharing seats between users. A license server program serves available seats to client machines. The number of seats purchased determines the number of simultaneous users who can use LIME.
Subscriptions
LIME license activations are purchased as one year subscriptions with automatic renewal (if using online payment). You will receive notification of upcoming payment two weeks prior to billing. You can manage your subscription at any time, including changing to manual renewal if preferred.
Auto renewal relies on a valid credit card remaining on file. You can update card details at any point.

Activation Keys
Activation keys are sent to you by email once your transaction has been successfully processed.
- Hardware-locked keys can be used as many times as the number of keys purchased. For example, if you purchase 3 hardware-locked licences, you will receive a single key that can be used on 3 separate computers.
- Floating license server setup is required before client machines can lease available seats (instructions).
Online Payment
Online payment is through our payment partner FastSpring. You will be directed to FastSpring's secure payment checkout to complete your transaction. Depending on your region, the displayed license cost may be adjusted to include tax. If your organisation type permits it, enter the VAT identification number and the VAT charges will be removed.
Invoice Payment
If your organisation is not able to pay by credit card or other available online options, an invoice may be requested by contacting lime@fonixgeo.com. An administrative surcharge will apply.
