Nicole's interdisciplinary background spans geology, remote sensing, and the management of international technology and innovation projects — giving her a rare ability to connect the science with the bigger picture.

She leads the strategic and commercial development of Fonix Geoscience, driving the global growth of the company's digital geoscience tools as practical solutions for geoscientists worldwide.

She has a talent for seeing the path through complexity, keeping ambitious projects on track and turning broad vision into concrete outcomes.

Simon has been a pioneer in virtual geoscience for over 20 years, thriving at the intersection of photogrammetry, visualisation, and geology — and playing a leading role in building the platforms and repositories that have shaped the field.

He has always worked at the bleeding edge, tackling the hard problems of large datasets, interoperability, and sharing head-on, and turning those hard-won solutions into the foundation of what Fonix Geoscience offers today.

He believes the most exciting innovations happen at the discipline boundaries, and is always looking for new technology and applications to push virtual geoscience further.

Ahmad Fairus brings over 34 years of international oil and gas experience to Fonix Geoscience, having held senior geoscience and leadership roles at ExxonMobil and PETRONAS across Malaysia, Norway, the USA, and Qatar.

He has been a hands-on advocate for virtual outcrop technology in the field, leading digital outcrop model development, training industry teams in geological workflows, and championing adoption across major national oil companies.

He is the bridge between deep subsurface expertise and the practical deployment of integrated digital geoscience solutions across Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
